About the Provider

I, Ms. Yolanda, have been providing child care since 2001. I currently hold three Child Development teaching Permits; Assistant, Associate Teacher, and Teacher, as well as having an A.S. Degree. Holding these permits & degree has given me the best beginning I needed in order to be able to live up to my philosophy- to provide children with their best beginning needed to continue a fundamental education. I am a First 5 PMD (Preschool Makes a Difference) provider as well as being a FCC provider through First Baptist Head Start. Both of these programs assist families with providing quality preschool by placing families with closely monitored and certified quality programs such as Best Beginnings. I am certified in 1st Aid and Infant & Child CPR as well as holding many certificates in Personal Development Trainings as it pertains to Child Development. Being a responsible licensed Child Care Provider is and has been the solid foundation of Best Beginnings Day Care. I’m always looking forward to meeting and adding new families to my family & making lasting friendships!
